Can a banned blog post be un-banned?

Yes. A user with the Blog Admin privilege can un-ban a blog post. Banned posts are visible only to users with Blog Admin access.

1. Open the Blog module. Banned posts are highlighted in red.

2. Click the link on the banned post. The post is un-banned and becomes visible to other users again.
