The school lab management system is an integrated system for keeping an inventory of lab materials and equipment, and for tracking how the lab is used in real time.
Opening the system
Go to Menu → Apps → School Lab Management.
What’s new
- Lab status: see whether the lab is vacant or in use, with check-in and check-out.
- Usage log: every entry and exit is recorded with the date, time and teacher’s name.
- Full inventory: a complete list of materials and equipment, and a check that they are available before a lesson.
- Hand-over and return: record when materials are handed over and received back.
- Classification: materials sorted by type, subject and grade.
- Keep data up to date: edit each item’s quantity, condition and shelf location.
