Smart school canteen
An integrated electronic service linking parents, canteen staff and school administration for ordering, payment and pickup without paper.
The smart school canteen is a new service in myschool. It connects parents, canteen staff and school administration through one login, to handle ordering, payment and pickup without paper. It works on mobile and desktop.
Opening the service
Go to Menu → Apps → School Canteen.
For parents
- Top up the student wallet: in cash or electronically through T-Lync.
- Choose meals in advance: select two full weeks of meals in one step.
- Track orders: follow the status of each order in real time.
- QR code for pickup: the student gets a personal QR code to collect each meal.
For canteen staff
- The day’s orders on one screen: all of today’s orders together.
- A kitchen ticket per order: showing the class and the pickup code.
- Sales dashboard: live sales indicators.
- Best-selling items: see what students order most.
For school administration
- Weekly menu: set it once and it repeats automatically.
- Ready calendar: for the upcoming weeks.
- Canteen income and parents’ balances: at a glance.
