About Microsoft Azure AD Single Sign-On

Microsoft Azure Active Directory (Azure AD) Single Sign-On (SSO) lets myschool users sign in to myschool with their Microsoft account credentials, without needing a separate myschool username and password.

Prerequisites

To set up Azure AD SSO for myschool, you need:

• A Microsoft account
• A Microsoft Azure subscription

Setup steps

Setting up Azure AD SSO takes four steps, completed in this order:

1. Set up an active directory in Azure.
2. Enter the Azure OAuth settings in the myschool account panel.
3. Enable the Azure plugin in the myschool account panel.
4. Enable Azure SSO in General Settings.

Note: Steps 2 and 3 are done in the myschool account panel by the account administrator. If you don’t have access to it, contact the myschool support team and they will complete these steps for you.
