How can an online class be conducted through myschool?

Prerequisite: The Collaborate module and a BigBlueButton (BBB) server must be installed and running. To set up BigBlueButton hosting, contact the myschool support team.

To schedule online classes with the Collaborate module:

1. Integrate BigBlueButton.
2. Schedule a class by choosing the date and the members.

Once a class is scheduled, students can log in to myschool and join it directly.

How an administrator creates an online class

1. Go to Menu → Collaboration → Collaborate and click New.
2. Enter a name for the class.
3. Select the department and choose the instructor.
4. Select the course and batch, and then add the students.
5. Set the date and time.
6. Click Save.

How a student attends an online class

1. Log in to myschool with the student’s login details.
2. Go to Menu → Collaboration → Collaborate.
3. Pick the date and click Go.
4. Click Join.
