Do I have to create a course every time I add a semester?
No. Create the course once, then add new batches inside it whenever a new group of students joins.

How the structure works
- Course: the main academic programme, for example BSc Physics.
- Section: a division within the course, such as a semester (for example Sem 1).
- Batch: a group of students admitted at a particular time.
Example
For a BSc Physics programme:
- Create the course BSc Physics once.
- Add batches under it as new students enrol, for example:
- January 2026
- June 2026
- December 2026
Students are then admitted to a specific batch within the existing course, so you never need to recreate the course for a new semester or intake.
