How do I transfer students to another batch?

Use batch transfer to move students to a new batch, for example when they are promoted to the next class. For full details, see Batch transfer.

Steps

1. On the Courses home page, click Manage Batches.

   

2. Select the course from the drop-down list, then click the Batch Transfer option next to the batch name.

3. Select the students to transfer and choose the destination batch.

   Note: If some students do not meet the criteria to move to the higher class, clear their check boxes. They will stay in the current batch.

4. Click Save to complete the transfer.

The selected students move to the new batch, while unselected students remain in their current batch.
