What is batch transfer and why use it?
Move a group of students to a new batch at the end of the academic year while keeping their data.
Batch transfer moves a group of students from their current batch to a new one at the end of the academic year. Following this process ensures the batch’s data is saved correctly and available in the next batch.
Before you start: create the new batch or section the students will move to. See How to create a new batch.
Steps
- Go to Settings → Manage Course/Batch → Manage Batch and click Batch Transfer.

- Select the course, then click Batch Transfer next to the batch.
