What is the Graduation option in Batch Transfer?
What the Graduation option does and what you can do when graduating a whole batch.
The Graduation option records that students have completed their studies. After a batch is graduated, all its students move from the active list to the former / alumni list.
Users with the Manage Course/Batch privilege can, during graduation:
- Untick ineligible students to exclude them.
- Add a comment in the status field.
- Record the leaving date.
- Generate transfer certificates for graduates.
