Online exam reset log

The online exam reset log shows when an online exam was reset, who reset it and for which students. You can search the log for a specific period.

Note: Resetting an exam for a student deletes all the answers that student previously submitted.

Who can view the reset log

The administrator and users with the Online Exam Control privilege.

Viewing the reset log

1. Go to Menu → Academics → Examination → Online Exam → Reset Exam → Logs.

2. Enter the date range in which the exam may have been reset and any other search criteria, then click Search.

3. The results show the username and employee ID of the person who reset the exam, the batch name, the exam name, the number of students, and the date and time of the action.

4. Click the number of students to see which students’ exams were reset.
