How would alumni join an event?

When an invitation is sent, your institution’s alumni receive an email similar to the following:

When the invitee clicks Join this Event, the following screen is displayed:

After reading the event details, the invitee can accept or decline. If the invitee clicks Accept, they can post comments.

Comments posted by an invitee can be read by all other invitees. Invitees can delete only their own comments, while the administrator or a privileged employee can delete any comment.
