How to create an album in the gallery
Create a public or private photo album to share school events with parents, students and staff.
The Gallery module lets you share photos of school events and activities. Once an album is published, parents, students and employees can view the photos on the web or in the mobile app.
Note: Only the administrator and privileged employees can create albums and upload photos.
Steps
- Go to Menu → Collaboration → Gallery (use the module access icon at the top of the dashboard).
- Click Create Album in the top-right corner.

- Choose the album visibility:
| Visibility | Who can see it |
|---|---|
| Public Album | All active users of the school — employees, students and parents |
| Private Album | Only the active users you select — specific students and employees |
- Click Create Album.
