How to create a private album

A private album is visible only to the active users you select when creating it. You can give access to particular students and employees.

Steps

1. Go to Menu → Collaboration → Gallery.

2. Click Create Album in the top-right corner.

3. Enter a name in the Album Name field.
4. Set the album visibility to Private Album.
5. Add students:

   1. Tick the checkboxes of the batches you want.

   2. Click Select to show the student list.

   3. Tick the students you want to add.

   4. Click Done.

6. Add employees:
   1. Tick the checkboxes of the departments you want.
   2. Click Select to show the employees of those departments.
   3. Tick the employees you want to add.
   4. Click Done.
7. Click Create Album.
