How to create a public album
Create an album that all active employees, students and parents of your school can see.
A public album is visible to all active users of your school — employees, students and parents.
Steps
- Go to Menu → Collaboration → Gallery.
- Click Create Album in the top-right corner.

- Set the album visibility to Public Album.
- Click Create Album.
