How to use Connect exams to calculate final grades
Choose which exam groups count toward the final GPA and assign each a weightage that totals 100%.
Connect exams lets you choose which exams count toward the final grade calculation. For example, if your school holds four exams in an academic year but only three should count toward grading, you can connect just those three.
When connecting exam groups, you must give each one a weightage, and the weightages must add up to exactly 100% — for example 50-50, 60-40 or 30-40-30.
Note: Even a single exam group must be connected, with a weightage of 100%.
Steps
- Go to Menu → Academics → Examination → Exam Management.
- Select the course and batch.
- Click Connect exams in the top right.
- Select the exams.
- Enter the weightage for each exam.
- Click Save.
