How to import an exam planner from the previous year

If you are moving to a new academic year and want to reuse the previous year’s planner, myschool lets you import it.

1. Go to Menu → Academics → Gradebook → Exam Planner → Import Planner.

2. Select the from and to academic years.
3. Select the exam planner to import.
4. Choose what to import: exam groups, class associations and report settings.
5. Click Import Planner.

6. When the import finishes, its status shows as Completed.
