Configuring myschool Learn | Help Center myschool

To use the Learn app, the myschool Learn module must be enabled for your school. To enable it, contact the myschool support team. Once it is enabled, you can access it from Menu → Academics → Learn.

Start by configuring the basic Learn settings. After that you can sync your data, check the sync logs and view the details of the synced data.

Set up the Learn settings

Go to Menu → Academics → Learn → Learn Settings.
Enter the Host URL. It is provided by the myschool support team when myschool Learn is enabled for your school.
Under API Key & Secret Key, click New API Key to generate the keys.

You can map courses to Learn in two ways:

3Course-wise and batch-wise options

Option	How it works	Best when
Course-wise	Each subject of a course in the same academic year is mapped to one Learn course.	All batches in the course have the same subjects.
Batch-wise	Each subject of a batch in the same academic year is mapped to its own Learn course.	Batches in the course have different subjects.

Note: The course-wise or batch-wise choice is made only once. After you select and save it, it cannot be changed.
