Analytics and reports for administrators in the mobile app

The most important reports on attendance, admissions, fees and income are gathered in a single tab called Analytics and Reports in the mobile app. Each category gives you both an overview and a detailed report.

Log in as an administrator

After tapping Analytics and Reports, the administrator can view reports for four modules:

1. Attendance
2. Fees
3. Income
4. Admissions

1. Attendance

The Attendance tab has separate Student and Employee sections.

• Student overview: total batches, total active students and student absentees.
• Employee overview: number of departments, total employees, employees present and employees on leave.

In Attendance Reports, filter by date and batch to get a customised report.

2. Fees

This tab shows information on fees collected. The overview displays a graph based on the selected filter. There are five filters:

• 7 days, 30 days, 3 months and FY show data for the active financial year only.
• Custom date range shows data for the selected period, regardless of the active financial year.

The reports section gives detailed information on collected fees, with the same filters. You can also view a graph for each payment mode.

3. Income

This section shows total income and expense charts for the selected period, with detailed reports in each tab. The same five filters apply as for fees (the first four use the active financial year; a custom date range ignores it).

4. Admissions

This section shows all admissions within the selected range. There are five filters:

• 7 days, 30 days, 3 months and AY show data for the active academic year only.
• Custom date range shows data for the selected period, regardless of the active academic year.

The reports section gives details of enquiries, applicants and admissions:

• Filter enquiries by academic year and enquiry stage.
• Filter applicants by academic year, application status and course.
