Gradebook mark entry through the mobile app

After evaluating the answer sheets, teachers can enter and submit marks directly from the myschool mobile app.

Who can enter marks?

• Administrators can enter marks for any subject, even if they are not associated with it.
• Teachers can enter marks only for the subjects they are associated with.
• Teachers who have the Manage Gradebook and Gradebook Mark Entry privileges can enter marks for any subject, even if they are not associated with it.

Steps to enter marks in the mobile app

1. Log in to the mobile app with your username and password, then tap Gradebook on the dashboard.

2. Tap Manage Exam for the course you want to enter marks for.

3. The exams linked to that course are listed. Tap Manage Exam in the relevant exam block.

   

4. The subjects and batches are listed. Find the subject under the correct batch and tap Enter Marks.

   

5. Tap a student’s name to enter their marks. You enter marks for one student at a time. After entering a student’s marks, tap Save marks, then continue with the next student in the batch.

6. When marks have been entered for all students, go back to the previous page and tap the submit option to submit the marks. You can review the marks on this page before submitting.

Tip: Submit the marks only once they are final.
