Getting started with the myschool mobile app
Download the myschool mobile app and learn who can use it — students, parents, employees and administrators.
The myschool mobile app brings your school’s myschool portal to your phone. It is available for all user types: students, parents, employees and administrators.
Download the app
- Open the App Store (iPhone) or Google Play (Android).
- Search for myschool.
- Install the app and open it.
Log in
Log in with the same username and password you use for the myschool web portal. If you don’t have login details, ask your school’s administrator.
What each user sees
What you see in the app depends on your role and the privileges your school has given you:

| Students | View timetable, attendance, assignments and results; submit assignments. |
| Parents | Follow their child’s attendance, results, fees and school announcements. |
| Employees | View their timetable, mark attendance, create and evaluate assignments, and enter marks. |
| Administrators | Everything above, plus school-wide Analytics and Reports. |
Note: Features only appear in the app if the matching module is enabled for your school and your account has the required privileges.
