How to evaluate an online exam

Only teachers (employees) assigned as evaluators for a Hybrid exam can evaluate it. Because hybrid exams can contain both objective and descriptive questions, teachers only need to evaluate the descriptive answers.

Note: The administrator cannot evaluate exams.

Go to Menu → Academics → Examination → Online Exam → Evaluate Online Exams to open the Evaluate Online Exams page.

Steps

1. Click Evaluate next to the exam you want to evaluate. The students who were required to take the exam are listed.

2. Click Evaluate next to a student to review that student’s answers.

3. Enter the marks for each question, and then click Save.

   The evaluation status is updated to Passed or Failed. Teachers can recheck their evaluation before publishing the results.

Note: Students who have not taken the exam are shown as Not appeared yet.
