How to reset an online exam so a student can retake it

Teachers can allow students to retake an exam by resetting it.

Note: Resetting an exam for a student deletes all the answers that student previously submitted.

Steps

1. Go to Menu → Academics → Examination → Online Exam → Reset Exam to open the Reset Exam page.

2. Select the batch and the exam.

3. Clear the checkbox for any student who should not retake the exam.

4. Click Reset.
