How to deactivate or delete a custom admission field

If you no longer want a custom admission field to appear on the student admission form, you can make it inactive or delete it.

Note: You cannot delete a custom admission field that has already been used to record student details. Make it inactive instead.

Go to Menu → Administration → Settings → Add Admission Additional Details to open the Add additional details page.

Deactivate a field

1. Click Edit beside the custom field you want to change.
2. Select the Inactive status.
3. Click Update.

Inactive fields are moved to the Inactive Fields list.

Delete a field

Click Delete beside the custom field you want to remove.
