How do applicants register for a course online?
What applicants see on the online registration page, the details they must provide, and how they print and pay.
To let applicants register online, publish your school’s registration address — your myschool address followed by /register (for example, yourschool.example/register). Applicants who open it are taken to the registration page.
Depending on how each course is set up, applicants register with or without a PIN. After they select the course and enter the PIN (if required), the admission form appears. Applicants provide:
- Personal details
- Contact details
- Elective subject choices
- Details of the last institution attended
- A photo
- Parent’s personal details
- Parent’s contact details
- Additional details (if enabled)
- Attached documents, such as transcripts

Note: Online payment is available only if the online payment option has been enabled and set up for your school.
