What is myschool?
An introduction to the myschool school management system, its main uses, and what it offers your institution.
myschool is an integrated management system for educational institutions. It helps schools, universities and kindergartens automate daily processes, manage data, generate operational insights and oversee resources from one place. It currently serves more than 80 international and local schools and over 50,000 users.

Main uses
myschool is more than an ERP. Common uses include:
- Data and records management
- Fee collection and management
- Finance management
- Transport and hostel management
- Attendance management
- Communication between parents, students and teachers
- Inventory management
- Exams and results management
An important clarification
myschool is a School ERP, not a Learning Management System (LMS). Some users assume it is a platform for delivering lessons and course content; its main role is managing the institution’s administrative, academic and financial operations.
Where to start
The system has more than 100 modules, which can feel overwhelming at first. We recommend reading the Getting Started articles to understand implementation requirements, commonly confused terms, and the workflows for administrators, teachers, students and parents.
Tip: If you are using the system for the first time, start with Steps for setting up an institution for the first time.
