Custom import mandatory fields
The mandatory fields and data formats required for each type of custom import.

For a custom import to succeed, the data must be in the correct format and, where needed, must match records that already exist in myschool.
Employee admission details

| First Name | – |
| Gender | Enter m for male or f for female. If left blank, Male is used. |
| Employee Position Name | – |
| Employee Department Name | – |
| Date of Birth | mm/dd/yyyy (02/22/1990) or dd-mm-yyyy (22-02-1990) |
| Nationality Name | Enter the country name. For example, an employee from Libya has the nationality Libya, not “Libyan”. |

| Batch Name | Course code + batch name. For example, if the course Grade 5 has the code G5 and contains the batch 2026A, enter G5 - 2026A. |
| Date of Birth | mm/dd/yyyy or dd-mm-yyyy |
| Gender | Enter m or f. If left blank, Male is used. |
| Nationality Name | Enter the country name, not the nationality adjective. |
| Email | Mandatory only if Moodle integration is enabled. |
