How can I revert a fee that was paid by mistake?
Fee payments recorded by the admin can be reverted; online gateway payments cannot, but can be refunded.
You can revert a fee payment that was recorded from the admin account. A fee paid online through a payment gateway cannot be reverted.
If a payment cannot be reverted, you can return the amount using the refund option instead.
