How to revert a batch transfer

If you transferred a student by mistake, you can move them back to their previous batch. The administrator or an employee with the Manage Course/Batch privilege can do this.

A transfer cannot be reverted if the student:

• has a fee collection assigned in the current batch
• has been assigned subjects
• has paid fees
• has sat an exam in the current batch
• has no previous batch

Steps

At the top of your dashboard, click Menu → Administration → Settings → Manage Course/Batch → Manage Batch.

1. Click Revert Batch Transfer at the top.

2. Select the batch.

3. Select the students to move back.

4. Click Revert selected.
