How to view student transcripts

A student transcript shows all the marks a student has obtained in all courses and batches to date.

Note: Before viewing transcripts, make sure you have generated the reports for both current and previous batches.

Steps

1. Go to Menu → Academics → Examination → Reports center → View Transcripts.

2. Select a batch and click View. The report shows the student’s GPA for each batch, the course-wise CGPA and the class designation obtained in each batch.

   Note how retaken exams are indicated in the image below.

3. In the top right, click PDF report to generate a PDF file.
