How to set up subject credit hours | Help Center myschool

Credit hours are the number of hours of instruction a subject is scheduled for per week.

Steps

Go to Menu → Administration → Settings → Manage Course/Batch → Manage Subjects.
Select the batch you want to add subjects to.

Note: You must create an elective group before you can add elective subjects. See How to create elective groups.
Click Add Normal subject or Add elective.
Fill in the subject form:
- Name: the subject name.
- Code: the subject code.
- Max weekly classes: the maximum number of classes per week.
- Credit Hours: the credit hours for the subject.
- No exam: select this checkbox if no exams will be held for the subject.
Click Save.
