What are the different types of exams?
The three exam types in the Gradebook: subject exams, activity exams and derived exams.
myschool offers three types of exams: subject exams, activity exams and derived exams.
| Exam type | Description |
|---|---|
| Subject exam | Exams created and scheduled for the course subjects. Mark entry can be attribute-based, skill-set-based or direct. |
| Activity exam | Grading for the co-scholastic skills evaluated by the school. |
| Derived exam | An exam derived from two or more subject exams. The subject exams can be combined as a sum, average, best of, specific weightage, or the average of these exams. |
