How to publish marks to parents
Publish a generated gradebook report so parents and students can view the marks, with an optional SMS notification.
After mark entry is complete and the gradebook report has been generated, you can publish the marks. Parents and students can view the marks only after they are published.
- Once report generation is complete, click Publish Report.
- To send an SMS notification to parents, select Send Notification.
When the report is published successfully, its status changes to Published.
