About the Audit module

The Audit module lets administrators and privileged employees monitor and track user activity in myschool in real time. It shows what your users (employees, students and parents) are doing, when they did it, and what data they are accessing or trying to access. For example, you can track logins and logouts, or the creation of a fee particular or an exam.

Information is tracked and recorded in three ways:

• Activity Audit – by activity
• User Audit – by user
• Data Audit – by data

Who can access the Audit module

Only administrators and employees with the Manage Audit privilege.

How to open the Audit module

Go to Menu → Data and Reports → Audit.
