What the User Audit page records and tracks

Activities tracked

The User Audit page tracks:

• Logging in to myschool
• Logging out of myschool
• Viewing the attendance register
• Creating a timetable
• Viewing a timetable
• Adding an event to the calendar
• Creating a new fee collection
• Creating a new finance category
• Creating a fee particular
• Creating, editing, and approving or rejecting an employee payslip

Overview

The User Audit page lists all users, their most recent activity and the time they were last active. Click a column header to sort by that column. You can filter the search by user role (student or employee) or by username.

Search student activity

1. In the Search by field, select Student.

2. In the Course field, select a course.

3. In the Batch field, select a batch.

4. Select a date range or a custom date.

5. Click Search.

6. Click a student’s username to see all of that student’s activities.

Search employee activity

1. In the Search by field, select Employee.

2. In the Department field, select a department.

3. Select a date range or a custom date.

4. Click Search.

5. Click an employee’s username to see all of that employee’s activities.

Search by username

1. In the Search by field, select Username.

2. Enter the username (employee number, admission number or parent ID).

3. Select a date range or a custom date.

4. Click Search.

5. Click the username to see all of that user’s activities.
