The GPA grading system is based on marks and grades. After evaluating the answer sheets, teachers enter the marks in myschool and publish the results so students and parents can view them.

Who can enter marks?

  • The administrator can enter marks for any subject, even without being associated with it.
  • A teacher can enter marks only for the subjects they are associated with.
  • A teacher with the Examination Control or Enter Marks privilege can enter marks for any subject, even without being associated with it.

Steps

  1. Go to Menu → Academics → Examination → Exam Management to open the Create Exam page.

  2. Select the course and batch.

  3. Click the exam group. All subjects are displayed.

  4. Click the subject you want to enter marks for.
