How to delete a comment posted on news
Who can delete comments on news posts and the steps to remove a comment.
Who can delete comments?
- Administrators and privileged employees can delete any comment.
- Students, parents and employees without the privilege can delete only their own comments.
Steps
- At the top of your dashboard, click the module access icon and go to Menu → Collaboration → News to open the Latest announcements page.
- In the Search news field, enter the title of the news item, or click View all to browse the posts.
- Open the news post.
- Click Delete next to the comment.
