How to enable news comment moderation
Turn on news comment moderation in General Settings so every comment needs approval before it is shown.
Comment moderation gives you control over the comments users leave on news posts. When it is enabled, every comment must be approved before other users can see it.

At the top of your dashboard, click the module access icon and go to Menu → Administration → Settings → General Settings.

Select the Enable news comment moderation checkbox.

Click Update to save your changes.
