Set weekdays and assign a class timing set to each day

Weekdays are the days classes are held for a batch. A new batch defaults to Monday to Friday; change this to suit your institution (e.g. Sunday to Thursday).

Steps

1. Click Menu → Academics → Timetable → Set Weekdays & Class Timing Sets.

2. Select the course, then the batch, and change the weekdays.

Note: At least one weekday must be selected.

3. Click Change, then assign a class timing set to each weekday.

4. In Applicable from:
   • First time: choose the batch’s start date.
   • Editing an existing timetable: choose the date the changes apply from.

Note: This field appears only with daily attendance. Days that already have attendance can’t be changed.

5. Click Save.
