How to view student transcripts

A student’s transcript shows the marks they have obtained in all courses and batches to date.

Note: Generate the reports for both current and previous batches before viewing transcripts. See How to generate CWA exam reports and How to generate the previous batch exam report.

Steps

1. Go to Menu → Academics → Examination → Reports center → View Transcripts.

2. Select a batch and click View.

3. The transcript shows:

   • The combined weighted average for each batch.
   • The course-wise combined weighted average across all batches.
   • The class designation for each batch.
   • Which exams were retaken.

4. To generate a PDF, click PDF report in the top right.
