How to exclude students when scheduling fee collections
Stop fee collections being created for a student in their current batch or permanently.
- Open the student’s profile.
- Click More → Fees at the top.
- Click Student fees preferences.

| Option | What happens |
|---|---|
| Create fee collections for the student | The default. |
| Don’t create collections in the current batch | No collections in the current batch; they resume after transfer to another batch. |
| Don’t create collections from now on | No collections at all, even after transfer or enrolling in a new course. |
