The fee claims tool creates a printed claim for each parent showing the balance they owe, straight from the fee report, with no need to prepare each claim by hand.
What’s new
- Bulk creation: upload the fee report once and claims for all parents are ready to print in a few minutes.
- File upload: upload the fee report as Excel or CSV, either by choosing the file or by dragging and dropping it.
- Instant summary: the number of students and the total amount due appear right after upload.
- Filters: narrow the list by class, section or a minimum amount.
- Choose students: untick any student to leave them out.
- Editing: change the claim’s title, date, signature and text.
- Page layout: print 4, 6 or 8 claims per page.
- Print-ready file: the output is a PDF with cut lines between claims.
- Balance highlighted: the remaining amount is shown in Libyan dinars in a prominent box.
