How to create exam planners

An exam planner lets you organize an academic year into terms and assign exams to each term. Once the design is created, the planner is assigned to all classes that follow the same exam pattern.

Steps involved

1. Create the exam planner.
2. Add exams for the academic year.
3. Customize the gradebook’s look and feel.
4. Manage classes, i.e. link courses to the planner.
5. Generate the report.

Create an exam planner

1. Go to Menu → Academics → Gradebook → Exam Planners.
2. Choose the correct academic year.
3. Select Create an exam plan.
4. Enter a suitable planner name, the number of terms, and the duration of each term in the academic year.
