How to inactivate or delete a hostel room additional detail field

If you no longer want an additional detail field to appear when recording hostel room details, you can inactivate or delete it.

Note: You cannot delete an additional detail field that has already been used to record hostel room details. Inactivate it instead.

Steps

Go to Menu → Administration → Hostel → Manage room additional details.

1. To inactivate a field, click Edit beside the field, select the Inactive status, and then click Update. Inactivated fields move to the Inactive fields list.
2. To delete a field, click Delete beside it.
