What custom tags are and how to use them
Custom tags group library books by subject or genre, making books easier to index and find.
Tags help organise books, and custom tags are especially useful when indexing books. They let the librarian group books into categories such as History, Religious or Fiction.
Example
A single book can carry several tags. For example, a crime novel could be tagged Fiction, English and Psychological Thriller.
When tags are added
Tags are assigned when a book is first added to the library (see How to add books to the library). They can be edited or deleted at any time.
