When are internal messages sent automatically?
The events that automatically send an internal message to employees, students and parents in myschool.
myschool automatically sends an internal message to users involved in the following events.
Employees
| Module | When the message is sent |

| Task Management | A task is created for the employee. |
| Discussion | The employee is invited to a discussion. |
| Event Creation | An event involving the employee is published. |
| Form Builder | The employee is asked to fill in a form or feedback. |
| Discipline | The employee is part of a disciplinary inquiry meeting. |
| Timetable swap/cancel | The employee’s timetable slot is swapped (both employees are notified) or cancelled. |
Students

| Fee collection | A finance, transport or hostel fee collection is created or updated. |
| Timetable swap/cancel | A timetable slot of the student’s batch is swapped or cancelled. |
