What are application statuses and how do I set them up?
Understand the default Pending, Allotted and Discarded statuses and create custom statuses with optional email and SMS alerts.
Once students submit the online application form for a course, their applications appear in the applicant registration module. Each application then moves through the stages of your admission process, and each stage is marked with a status.
Default statuses
The registration module has three default statuses:
- Pending — the application is being processed.
- Allotted — the applicant has been allotted to a batch.
- Discarded — the application has been discarded or rejected.
The admin or a privileged user can create more statuses as needed.
