Fee transaction reference number
Enter a reference number for each payment based on the payment mode, and use it to find receipts.
When collecting fees, you can enter a reference number for each transaction (finance, hostel, transport and instant fees) and use it later to search for receipts.

| Cash | Any reference you choose. |
| Online payment | The transaction ID. |
| Cheque | The cheque number. |
| DD (demand draft) | The DD number. |
| Others | Enter the mode and its reference number. |
