About the Transport module

The Transport module helps your institution organise and manage its transport operations. You can record the type of each vehicle, the stops allotted to it, vehicle certificates (with reminders before a licence expires), and vehicle maintenance details.

What you can do

• Record vehicle types and details.
• Create stops and allocate them to routes.
• Track certificate and licence expiry with automatic reminders.
• Keep vehicle maintenance records.
• Define routes, with separate or combined pickup and drop routes for each student.
• Set fares per stop or as a single flat fare for the whole route.
• Assign a driver and an attendant to each route.
