Student workflow

Students have fixed privileges that let them follow their own studies. The diagram below shows the typical student workflow.

Typical student workflow

1. Log in with the account created at admission.
2. Check the dashboard for news, upcoming events and new messages.
3. View the timetable for their batch.
4. Follow attendance and view their attendance reports.
5. View exams and results – exam schedules, results and report cards once they are published.
6. Check fees – fees due, payments and refunds.
7. Take part in activities – tasks, online exams, polls, discussions and forms, depending on the modules enabled.
8. Communicate with teachers of their batch, classmates and their guardian through internal messages.

Note: Student privileges are fixed and cannot be changed by the administrator.
