Parents and guardians use myschool to follow their children’s progress. The diagram below shows the typical parent workflow.
Typical parent workflow
- Log in with the guardian account created during student admission.
- Check the dashboard for news, events and new messages.
- Follow the child’s attendance and view attendance reports.
- View exam schedules and results once they are published.
- Check fees – fees due, payment history and receipts.
- View the timetable of the child’s batch.
- Communicate with the teachers who teach their child, and with their child, through internal messages.
Note: Parent privileges are fixed and cannot be changed by the administrator.
